งานพัฒนาครูฯ กลุ่มงานบุคลากร โรงเรียนสันทรายวิทยาคม จัดโครงการ อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การพัฒนาครูเพื่อการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพ” ให้กับคุณครูกลุ่มสนใจที่จะทำผลงานเพื่อเลื่อนวิทยฐานะครูเชี่ยวชาญ และวิทยฐานะครูชำนาญการพิเศษ เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพครู ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนและความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ณ ห้องประชุมสร้อยดอกหมาก

โดยรับการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์จาก คุณครูพิสิฐศักดิ์ ดวงพรม ตำแหน่ง ครูเชี่ยวชาญ สาขาเทคโนโลยี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 6 เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและถ่ายทอดความรู้

Sansai Wittayakom School Holds a Workshop to Enhance Teachers’ Professional Capacity

The Teacher Development Unit, Personnel Affairs Group, Sansai Wittayakom School organized a hands-on workshop titled “Teacher Development for Professional Career Advancement.” The workshop was designed for teachers interested in preparing portfolios for promotion to the Expert Teacher and Senior Professional Teacher academic ranks.

The program aimed to enhance teachers’ knowledge, understanding, and professional competencies, enabling them to apply what they learned to improve classroom instruction and support their professional career advancement effectively. The workshop was held at Soi Dok Mak Conference Room.

The workshop featured a special guest speaker, Mr. Phisitthasak Duangphrom, an Expert Teacher (Technology) under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 6, who shared his valuable experiences and provided practical guidance on career advancement and professional development.
