กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพ โรงเรียนสันทรายวิทยาคม ขับเคลื่อนการจัดการศึกษาที่เน้นการปฏิบัติจริง โดยจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาและบูรณาการสมรรถนะอาชีพให้แก่นักเรียนใน ห้องเรียนพัฒนาสมรรถนะอาชีพ ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น “วิถีชาวนาไทย: การเกษตรกรรม วิธีการปลูก และการเก็บเกี่ยวข้าว” เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้นักเรียนได้รับความรู้ ทักษะกระบวนการ และสร้างเจตคติที่ดีต่ออาชีพเกษตรกรรม
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในทุกขั้นตอน ตั้งแต่กระบวนการเตรียมดิน การคัดเลือกเมล็ดพันธุ์ เทคนิคการปลูกข้าว (การดำนา) การดูแลรักษาไปจนถึงกระบวนการเก็บเกี่ยวข้าวตามวิถีดั้งเดิมและเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรร่วมสมัย

Sansai Wittayakhom School Integrates Life Skills Through Rice Farming: “Planting and Harvesting Rice” to Build Future Career Competencies
The Career and Technology Learning Area at Sansai Wittayakhom School continues to promote hands-on learning by organizing competency-based activities for lower secondary students enrolled in the Career Competency Development Program. The activity, titled “The Thai Rice Farming Way: Agriculture, Rice Cultivation, and Harvesting,” aims to equip students with knowledge, practical skills, and positive attitudes toward careers in agriculture.
Throughout the program, students actively participated in every stage of the rice cultivation process—from preparing the soil and selecting quality rice seeds to learning traditional rice transplanting techniques, crop maintenance, and harvesting using both traditional methods and modern agricultural technologies. This experiential approach enables students to gain firsthand knowledge while developing essential life skills, teamwork, responsibility, and career readiness.
